The brief

The Annual Conference is held in May each year and is a chance for delegates from RAF Association branches all over the world to come together, to reunite old friendships and attend the memorable event. We were asked to create the 2018 conference collateral, signage and manage the event to ensure that all delegates have the best conference yet.

Our approach

Results

  • The event was successfully managed with around 400 delegates attending
  • The collateral was received positively, giving all delegates the information they needed for the event
  • We have managed the event for the fourth year running now
