Our approach

We knew we had to go all-out to create a celebratory evening across multiple venues. Guests included 2,000 fans, local dignitaries and VIPs. After listening to the kind of atmosphere and experience our clients wanted to achieve, we went into action

  • We designed and produced the branding, stage and set backdrop.
  • We created dynamic video clips for the huge screens, showing original footage as well as archive material.
  • To get guests to join in, we made a live Twitter wall for their questions during the live show.
  • Our event delivery team took care of the whole event on the day, which included making sure the set was ready, organising our four-camera outside broadcast unit, managing the running order and providing floor managers.


We knew our event would pack a punch (groan!) and we were right.

  • Over 2,000 guests in attendance at a sold-out Royal Concert Hall.
  • Press coverage in the BBC, ITV, Sky Sports News, BBC Radio 5 Live, Capital FM, The Daily Mail and the Nottingham Post.
  • Lots of sharing on social media, with a reach of 1.1m unique individuals and with over 4m timeline deliveries.
